Lean meat is the next type of food people should include in their meals. Fish, poultry and seafood are good examples. These whole foods contain less saturated fat which is the prominent cause of belly fat.

Having smaller meals more often than the bigger ones is the next important step. Enjoying some snacks between your main meals is also a good thing to start doing. This is meant to raise the metabolism within the body.

Fast food is not something you want either. Therefore, those drive-throughs in existence out there are not a good idea in general. Fast food is certainly a way to waste all of last week's hard work in dropping belly fat.


Now that people know what to do and what not to do with regards to how to lose belly fat, they should now put them into practice. Thus, instead of sit ups, what people need to do in order to lose belly fat is rope jumping and to have proper food.
